We are engaged in projects of various types and value working either as an appointed lead consultant or part of a professional team. We coordinate and manage the design and procurement of new buildings as well as working on alterations and extensions to existing ones.
CS Partnership LLP is often retained at the beginning of the project to analyse requirements and constraints and advise on the appropriate methods of procurement. We are also instructed to develop concept or preliminary designs into general and detailed design drawings sufficient to obtain consents and procure approved works. We also advise on the selection of tenderers and the preparation of contract documentation before administering the works on site.
