Professional Services

We undertake inspections and provide professional reports on commercial and residential buildings for various reasons. Professional services are commonly instructed for pre-acquisition purposes, (Building Survey Reports), defect analysis and where alterations are proposed to leasehold premises. In addition, we provide technical due diligence assessments and checks and prepare expert witness reports for litigation.

Party Wall and Neighbourly Matters

Works to party walls or against boundaries and / or where specified excavations are proposed can enact the provisions of the Party Wall etc. Act 1996. Where certain conditions are met, Party Wall Notices lead to the statutory appointment of Surveyors to agree works that can affect neighbouring property.

Design and Project Management

We are engaged in projects of various size, value and type working either as a lead consultant or part of an assembled professional team. We deliver new buildings as well as working on alterations and extensions to existing ones.

Building Conservation

CS Partnership LLP has been involved in the sympathetic repair and adaptation of historic and listed buildings for many years and has undertaken many survey inspections of important and protected structures.
